Antti Vepsä

Antti specializes in investment fund legal matters and has several years of versatile work experience advising fund managers and fund investors. In his career, Antti has participated in more than 100 domestic and foreign fund investments and dozens of fund formation projects. Antti advises our clients especially in the establishment of funds, fund investments, regulatory issues of funds, secondary market transactions of fund interests and other collective investment projects. Antti also advises on other financial industry regulatory issues and regulated transactions. Antti is one of the few persons in Finland with a Ph.D in fund regulation. Before joining PwC, Antti worked at the law firm Castrén & Snellman and at OP Financial Group.
