Elina has a wide and versatile experience of nearly 20 years in providing legal services in relation to domestic and cross-border transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Elina also regularly acts as legal advisor in intra-group reorganisations, public sector projects and other corporate and financial rearrangements. In addition, Elina advises clients on company law and corporate governance, commercial contracts and competition law.
