Enna Kuolimo
Senior Associate, Legal, PwC Finland
Enna specialises in assisting clients with M&A transactions and legal questions relating to company law and corporate restructurings. Enna also assists clients with competition law related questions. Enna joined PwC Finland’s Legal as an Associate in 2021, prior to which she has worked as a legal trainee in a law firm specialising in business law, PwC Finland’s Corporate Tax Group and M&A Legal teams, and in a Finnish industrial company.
Enna works in PwC Finland’s Helsinki office.
