Iiris has several years of experience in advising clients in matters related to company law and governance, commercial contracts, company restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as generational transfers of family businesses. Iiris has acted as the secretary of boards of directors in private companies and assisted the management in matters related to the governance of the companies. Iiris also specialises in drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements.
