Marko Koski

Marko Koski acts as a restructuring and turnaround advisory leader at PwC Finland. He has 15+ years of experience from operational improvements, voluntary and in-court restructurings proceedings in Finland. To date, Mr. Koski’s assignments have involved the successful restructuring of more than EUR 5 billion of indebtedness in Finland. Besides, Marko has also helped several stock-listed companies and their divisions to establish and execute successful operational turnaround programmes.

Mr. Koski’s recent major turnaround and restructuring mandates include administrator’s lead financial and capital structure advisor in Stockmann Plc. in 2020-2021 and lead advisor in SRV Plc.’s operational and financial turnaround programme in 2019-2020   

Prior to joining PwC Finland, Mr. Koski was responsible for leading EY’s local restructuring practice.
