Milla has nearly 20 years of experience in advising clients in matters related to company law and governance, domestic and cross-border business reorganisations and corporate restructurings, e.g. mergers and demergers, transfer of business as well as establishments and liquidations of companies. In addition, Milla advises non-profit organisations in their legal issues.
