Minna Oksa

Minna has a wide and versatile experience of nearly 15 years in providing legal services in relation to transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings in various industries. In addition, she has a long experience in legal services related to family and privately owned businesses, such as successions and family and inheritance law. Minna advises clients also on company law and corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.
Minna works in PwC Finland's Turku office in Private Company Services team.
