Minna Oksa

Minna is the head of Tax & Legal Private Business competence team. Minna has a wide and versatile experience of nearly 20 years in providing legal services in relation to ownership and structural arrangements, succession processes, shareholder agreements, corporate law matters as well as family and inheritance law particularly for family businesses and other privately owned companies. Minna also regularly acts as legal advisor in domestic and cross-border transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructurings and financing arrangements. Minna advises clients also in relation to foundation law and commercial contracts as well as acts as a facilitator and legal advisor in owner strategy processes for family business owners. Minna works in our Turku office.
