Sanna-Maria is the head of PwC Finland's Legal team. Sanna-Maria has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients in matters related to company law and governance, commercial contracts, company restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as generational transfers of family businesses. Sanna-Maria has acted as the secretary of boards of directors and general meetings in several listed and private companies and assisted the management in matters related to the governance of the companies.
Sanna-Maria works in PwC Finland's Helsinki office in the Private Company Services team.
