I believe that financial and non-financial reporting are not only a compliance obligation, but also a powerful tool for communicating the value and impact of an organization.
My passion outside work is visiting art museums and playing the cello.

I am extremely motivated in solving and supporting both our auditors and the prepares to solve complex IFRS accounting questions, above all related to revenue recognition and remuneration topics. I have over 25 years of experience with auditing both listed and privately owned companies, advising clients on various IFRS implementation projects and IFRS technical issues. Having the ability to follow how IFRS Accounting Standards are evolving, what new guidance is being issued and how to apply the evolving landscape is practice is very important to me.
In addition to IFRS financial reporting, I spend time with my family and friends, and do things I enjoy, such as exercise and reading.

Arran Jones
I have spent almost two decades supporting clients with complex IFRS and accounting and reporting solutions. I have recently arrived on these northern shores after supporting clients in the United Kingdom and previously in Africa. I specialise in financial services with a focus on debt equity classification, financial instruments, consolidation and investment entities. I sit on the firm's Global Industry working group for asset management and am a contributing author to the firm's Global Manual of Accounting in addition to participating in various network activities with the aim of delivering high quality financial reporting. Having moved to Finland I look forward to working closely with the Finnish companies and helping them tackle complex IFRS problems.

I have over 10 years of experience in the application of IFRS Accounting Standards across various industries gained through audits as well as being part of our Corporate Reporting Services team. With a focus on revenue recognition, consolidation, impairment, taxes and cash flow statement , I have developed a deep expertise in navigating the complexities of financial reporting. I also regularly train IFRS Accounting Standards topics both in our internal training sessions as well as externally.

I have close to 30 years of experience driving high quality reporting with an aim to make complex understandable. I have spent over two decades advising our clients in M&A, local and global capital market transactions, adopting and applying IFRS Accounting Standards and preparing for exits among others. I have a passion for IFRS Accounting and with that DNA it has been a natural shift to into the fast-evolving sustainability reporting space to capture the wider corporate reporting platform. I currently spend half of my time in a global PwC Network role as the deputy leader for our corporate IFRS accounting topic team and work closely in driving PwC’s views on the emerging reporting landscapes.
I have been blessed with a family and enjoy spending time in our cottage training our German shepherd puppy.

As an AICPA, my passion lies in leveraging sustainability and financial reporting to provide actionable insights for our clients, fostering transparency and trust among investors and stakeholders. I specialize in navigating and solving practical sustainability reporting issues within key frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and contributing thought leadership along the way. A new era of sustainability reporting is on the horizon. I have spent over a year in our Global Sustainability reporting topic team gaining deep expertise on this fast-moving topic. I am available to talk about sustainability reporting and the link between sustainability and financial performance in this dynamic field.
In my free time, I spend time with my international family, enjoy nature (especially in Lapland).

I enjoy working with both our audit and accounting advisory teams as well as with our PwC clients resolving complex IFRS Accounting issues mainly related to business acquisitions and disposals, consolidation, impairment of assets, and organizational restructuring.
When I am not working, I enjoy golfing, fishing, watching sports and reading books.
