The PwC Finland acted as an exclusive financial, legal and tax advisor to the shareholders on the sale of shares in OAT Oy to Bravida Finland Oy. Our warmest congratulations to both parties.

OAT Oy is a Finnish electrical and automation services provider operating in the Oulu region. In FY6/2023, the Company generated a net revenue of EUR ~8.8m. OAT's services include building and process electrification, automation, fiber optic work as well as related service and maintenance work.
