Object of sale: PwC Finland's Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Ambientia Group Oy on the sale of Ambientia Oy and its public sector IT service business to HiQ, a digital transformation company backed by Triton.
Ambientia has established its position as a trusted public sector IT service partner for key government and municipality entities in Finland. The public sector business provides software development and IT services focused on service & UX/UI design, solution architecture, cyber security and tailored software development. Ambientia helps its public sector clients to digitally transform their organizations and enhance customer and citizen experience.
The private sector business of Ambientia Oy will remain with Ambientia Group Oy.
