Working as a trainee at PwC
Are you looking for ways to start your career? We are continuously looking for new trainees with different experience levels and background to join our company and work on many different assignments and jobs. As a trainee, you will play part in our customer teams together with our more experienced professionals. Many of our trainees continue working at our company after finishing their trainee period.
We offer paid traineeship programmes for motivated individuals. All of our offices offer traineeship programmes depending on the time period. Trainees work mainly at our Helsinki location, but regional offices around Finland also offer traineeship programmes for those interested in auditing. Traineeship programme in auditing takes place from January to April. Trainees in other sectors will start their training according to the agreement made. Unfortunately, we do not offer summer jobs, but rather all training takes place mainly in the spring and fall. How to apply for a trainee position at PwC?
The recruitment process varies depending on the type of business activity. Generally, the process consists of recruitment days, independently done aptitude tests and individual and case interviews.
We will inform you about trainee related qualification requirements with each application separately. Usually, we hope that you are about half-way through your studies at the time of applying. In case you are at the beginning phase of your studies, and are interested in auditing, you can apply as a trainee at our Service Delivery Center.
