PwC Finland acted as legal and tax advisor to the owners of Lapin Kumi Oy in the 100% sale of shares to Circular Tire Services Europe Holding AB, a limited liability company in Sweden.

Lapin Kumi Oy is the largest private tyre company in Finland, established in 1947. The company focuses comprehensively on tyres, rims, and various tyre maintenance services. Its headquarters are located in Rovaniemi, but it has several stores across Finland and employs nearly 200 people. In FY2023, the company generated a net revenue of EUR ~57,000,000.
